Malta’s overseas contingent of players that included Chris Parker (Gateshead Storm), Paul Borg (Widnes St Maries), Paul Parkinson (Gateshead Spartans), Justin Barlogio (Washington DC Slayers) and Maltese Exiles trio Shaun Gilmour, Shaun Bartlett and Joey Davies, stayed at the nearby Alexandra Hotel making a light walk to the gym each morning for their daily work out ahead of the national team's recent Dove Men+Care International Series home tie against Denmark. “It’s a very valuable contribution that the match-day partners make just as much as our official sponsors. I know the guys that fly into Malta like to be able to keep up their standards when they arrive and the Hilton’s LivingWell gym allows that” said Malta captain Chris Parker. “There’s first class facilities and the staff go out of their way to put the patrons first” LivingWell Manager Paul Sparling commented: “It’s always good to have the guys in when they are in Malta for an important fixture” LivingWell’s partnership with the MRL has been valued at over 2,000 euros over the Malta national team’s past three home matches. In other key associations held with the MRL, the MRL continued its matchday association with the following partners; Alexandra Hotel, St Julian’s: Partner for Malta national team overseas based players The MRL also thanks its sponsors that make up an esteemed MRL corporate portfolio; Dove Men+Care: Major Sponsor of the MRL and Naming Rights Sponsor of Dove Men+Care International Series For more information about LivingWell Health Club, visit www.livingwell.com or like the LivingWell Health Club on Facebook.
