|  Located in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, the Maltese Islands are made up of 3 small islands, namely being Gozo, Comino & Malta. Malta itself measures a mere 390sq km in size and is precisely 100km south of Sicily and 290km from North Africa. Maltese & English are the languages spoken amongst a population of 400,000. Malta's capital city is Valletta, where they house the seat of government. Along with Malta's pristine beaches and classical churches comes a long rich history which dates back to 3800BC.
