HART Sport Welcome New Partner

HART Sport is excited to welcome a new partner in Malta Rugby League. The partnership announcement comes at a time when support for the Malta Knights continues to grow, with two test matches already completed down under and another two scheduled before years end.

In addition to 2017 matches, the team is expected to travel to Brisbane early next year to feature in the lead up to the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, after the proposed 9’s Championship was endorsed by the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF).

Rugby League International Federation (RLIF) have also endorsed an Emerging Nations World Championship (ENWC) in Western Sydney to which Malta Rugby League are the highest ranked nation confirmed to participate.

MRL General Manager, David Axisa applauded the partnership with HART Sport International and the opportunity to continue to grow the enthusiasm and exposure for Malta’s national team.

“MRL and HART have a common goal to achieve growth and the increased standing of rugby league throughout the Maltese community,” Mr Axisa said.
